  • 1) iPing centre was run by other vendor, but they shifted to Elision due to lack of support from other vendor
  • 2) At Sholapur center running with couple of PRI line & GSM gateway, which have both incoming and outgoing campaigns running. Running jointly both process on blended was the challenge.
  • 3) At Pune center is having Inbound process which is very critical where there is 0% downtime needs to maintain. Considering Agent productivity for inbound process Elision helps iPing to maintain 0% downtime.
