# Elision Launched New Version of Dialshree: Call Center Software

Dialshree is one of the best call center solutions in the world. - Lead addition in the maximum hopper priority
- Integration of Text to Speech (TTS) module in lead upload with all required configuration
- Pause code alert integration
- Live call timer in seconds along with the total pause code on the pause screen
- Google map display on the panel of the agent according to the allowed user group
- Inbound email report theme customization
- Inbound email module customization
- Disabled the links from the admin change log report for all users and enabled for only Super Admin

The new version of Dialshree: Call Center Software also has a wide range of reports. It has all the reports it had earlier in the Dialshree: Call Center Solution. Additionally, it has some new reports added to provide a more comprehensive look at various important metrics to the call center. Below is the list of newly added reports:

- Inbound Queue Report

- TTS log report
- Agent-Manager Chat Log
- Search Archive Data functionality in reports
- Hang up Cause Report
- Reset Lead Call Status Report
- Add a date range filter to download list data
- Call Detail Report
- Add customer name and number in the existing callback report
