VICIDIAL also can function as an ACD for inbound calls, as well as blending inbound and outbound calling, or for Closer calls coming from VICIDIAL fronters and even allows for remote agents that may only have a phone.

All the leads stored in vTiger will be fetched and displayed to the agent during the live call in VICIDial. All changes made in the lead data from any system will be reflected in both systems.
