Sales and leadership are two key terms which drive success for any business and we understand the importance of a good leadership which drives sales of the company to the next stage of success. It is always fruitful to exchange knowledge with each other and take benefit from each others’ experiences.

To learn from industry leaders in India and to benefit peers with our more than a decade long experience in global business, we participated in one of the biggest sales and leadership event, namely, The Sales Leadership India Summit 2019.

It was a two day event which took place in Mumbai, India on 14<sup>th</sup> and 15<sup>th</sup> May, 2019. This two day long sales and leadership event had congregated industry leaders from different verticals and arranged knowledge worthy schedule for the guests, participants and delegates. The event had held in a beautiful ambience of Holiday Inn hotel situated in Mumbai international airport.

Mr. Mehul Shah, Director and Founder of [Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd](https://www.elisiontec.com/) participated in this event as one of the delegates. He attended all sessions and acquired knowledge about the modern day strategies for sales processes, sales targets and revenue goals.

The seminars conveyed tips about managing the sales team and improving sales with the usage of analytics and data. It also shared different efficient ways of negotiation.

Our director also participated in networking programs in which he met various like-minded entrepreneurs, sales VPs, managers and more. He shared his experience about leading a VoIP company on worldwide platform and drive success on the board which was commended by present delegates.
