DialShree: Omnichannel Contact Center Solution
To support the custom needs of this small finance bank, our company tailored our call center solution, DialShree, and implemented custom business flows in the system. It supports inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns. It also provides dedicated DID numbers to each predefined agent. The system provides alerts to agents on each incoming call. We have also integrated voice and SMS broadcasting features to support their broadcasting campaigns. Additionally, it has a web chat to provide an added communication channel. Real-time reporting and custom reports provide insights and analytics to the management.
